Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking experienced Temp/Temp-to-Hire Executive Assistants to support C-suite executives and senior leadership teams. These opportunities are available with respected clients throughout the Pasadena, Glendale, and Burbank areas in California. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced, professional environments and exhibit exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, and surrounding areas

$25-$32/hr+ dependent upon experience and opportunity

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to C-suite executives and senior leadership.
• Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Screen and prioritize communications, including emails and phone calls.
• Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate special projects and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Assist with event planning, board meetings, and executive team functions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Executive Assistant/Sr. Admin experience supporting senior leadership or C-level executives.
• Strong calendar management and scheduling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.

Work Hours

Standard work hours apply, typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday. Specific hours may vary depending on client needs.
